Workouts at Valentines Park, Ilford
Valentines Park is a great location to workout at, whether alone, in a group of friends, or with a personal trainer. There’s an outdoor gym which is one of the largest outdoor gyms in London. It has 15 pieces of equipment, and 40 work stations, so there’s lots of great exercises to do at this outdoor gym!
Valentines Park activity schedule
I checked the site for Valentine’s Park, and there is an activity calendar. Currently, weekly Mobility and Dementia walk-and-Talks. These sessions are great for improving fitness, experiencing social interactions, as well as being great for those who wish to get some exercise in a supported format. If you know anyone who could benefit from such sessions, share this page with them.

Clayhall Park
“Clayhall Park is a mature well-landscaped park set in the heart of one of Ilford’s premier residential areas and one of our Green Flag Award Parks. There is a formal rose garden, pagoda and an impressive avenue of mature horse chestnut trees. Complete with a small maze with wheelchair access, the Rose Garden provides beautiful scenery and a relaxing escape from the rest of the park. The Park also has 2 play areas for younger children and for older children and pre-bookable tennis courts.”
