Firstly, my name is Dean Burt and I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2019. My love of fitness has always been a part of my life. So it made total sense to turn my passion for fitness training  into a qualification.  As well as transforming my own body through fitness training and good nutrition, I have helped many clients to redefine themselves through health & fitness training.  Not only sharing my knowledge, I also share personal experiences, tips and health & fitness training secrets.

Pre + Post Natal Personal fitness training 

Yes, you can workout whilst pregnant, and I will make sure to take extra care of you because you have a  “baby-on-board”. If you are pregnant we have tailored sessions to help you throughout your pregnancy. So whether you’re in the first, second or third trimester we have designed workout plans to suit. You may have recently had your baby and want to feel like you again, we also have sessions to help you get back into shape. Trainers are fully qualified. 

Bootcamp fitness training

In brief, my outdoor bootcamps are designed to help you focus on your technique and coach you to reaching your full fitness potential. I use a mix of boxing HiiT & circuit training teqniques to enure you get a great workout.

Small groups or pairs fitness training 

Couples or small group personal training undoubtedly increases your motivation levels. If you want to workout with a partner or in a small group of up to 4, you’ll get a discount. Contact us to find out more.

Free Personal Fitness training consultation

Before we start training there will be a free consultation lasting around 30 mins to an hour depending on your specific requirements. The consultation is to assess your needs and what outcome you would like to have at the end of the sessions. After that, we will start the journey towards smashing your health & fitness goals!

Diet plans and workout plans

With DB’S WORKOUTS you can get a diet plan and if needed, a workout plan to do at home on those days when you are not training with DB’S. Having a healthy balanced diet is very important to achieving any set goals that you may have. Exercise in itself is only a first step in your journey.  You will see the gains before you know it and this could be anything from weight loss to muscle gain. If you are willing to follow any set plan and put in the hard work, the possibilities are endless.
