Free Personal Fitness training consultation

Before we start training there will be a free consultation lasting around 30 mins to an hour depending on your specific requirements. The consultation is to assess your needs and what outcome you would like to have at the end of the sessions. After that, we will start the journey towards smashing your health & fitness goals!

Diet plans and workout plans

With DB’S WORKOUTS you can get a diet plan and if needed, a workout plan to do at home on those days when you are not training with DB’S. Having a healthy balanced diet is very important to achieving any set goals that you may have. Exercise in itself is only a first step in your journey.  You will see the gains before you know it and this could be anything from weight loss to muscle gain. If you are willing to follow any set plan and put in the hard work, the possibilities are endless.
